The Cinema at Grandtully

The Cinema at Grandtully. The new Public Hall is bringing the residents of the Strathay and Grandtully districts into closer touch with modem conditions. Friday evening James Crerar, Aberfeldy, exhibited the "Armageddon" and other films to a large and appreciative spectatorate. This is the first cinema entertainment in the new hall, but far back twenty-four years ago, in the early days the cinematograph, entertainments in the School were promoted by the late Lady Stewart of Grandtully aid war funds during the Boer War.
